The grading engine does not consider ethnicity, gender, accent, appearance, or any protected characteristic. The behavioral rubric is validated against job-relevant competency definitions, not demographic proxies.

The average Precision Edge assessment takes 20 minutes. Candidates complete it on any browser or device. The conversation moves at the candidate’s pace.

Yes. Behavioral competency assessments based on job-relevant scenarios do not constitute employment tests under FCRA and are designed to comply with EEOC guidance on pre-employment screening. All scored outputs include an audit trail. We recommend review by your employment counsel before deployment in regulated industries.

Each report shows a per-competency score (0-100), a percentile rank against our benchmark pool, and a plain-language Recruiter Findings summary written by the grading engine. The report also includes a skills report based on the benchmark you set for the role. No interpretation training required.

Candidates receive a private link and can complete the assessment at their own pace on any browser. Zee-Bot explains the process and conducts a scenario-based conversation. Most candidates describe the experience as engaging rather than stressful. Completion rates average above 90% for roles where candidates have opted into the process.

Personality tests measure self-reported traits. Precision Edge measures demonstrated behavioral responses to realistic workplace scenarios. There is no self-report component: candidates cannot choose the correct answer because there is no multiple choice.
