Grading uses a proprietary metric rubric applied by the Adaptive Workforce Intelligence (AWI) engine. Each sub-criterion is scored against objective behavioral, cognitive, and practical indicators — no rater subjectivity, no bias.

Upon completing Assessment 2, employees receive an AWI Certification they can add directly to their LinkedIn profile.

Yes. All records are timestamped, individually scored, and exportable as PDF. The platform generates per-employee behavioral records that satisfy audit requirements.

Assessment 1 establishes a behavioral baseline for each employee. After training modules are complete, Assessment 2 scores the same 12 competencies. The pre/post difference appears in the Leader dashboard and is exportable as a PDF report.
